Your first visit will include assessing your capabilities.  Don't worry, as I cater for all skill levels and even experienced swimmers will benefit as the most important thing is to achieve efficient technique.

Before any personal training session I carry out a FREE consultation with all clients to assess:

  • What is it you want from your session?

  • What is your current fitness level?

  • If you have any medical / injury issues?

A tailor made program is made for the individual client.

Do you want a training plan created especially for you?

We all have different strengths and weaknesses, different goals and time constraints. I don’t believe there’s a perfect one-size-fits-all training plan that works for everyone. That’s why I take the time to understand your needs before developing a programme.

After discussing your training background, injury history and goals, I’ll create a programme tailored to you that fits your fitness and ability levels along with your home and work lifestyle commitments.

Full support is offered throughout your plan with regular catch ups to ensure you are getting the best out of your programme.

You may sometimes feel frustrated that you aren't seeing the results you expected from your training plan and this could simply be down to what you're putting into your body.
